Volunteering is an honorable responsibility. It is our chance to demonstrate the true meaning of community service and love of our neighborhood. We will have a sign-up sheet for any one that would like to participate for “Meals on Wheels” program. Drivers are desperately needed and it takes approximately 2 hours to pick up and deliver the food. The commitment is small in contrast to the rewards both seen and unseen.
Chino Valley Senior Center is currently seeking donations of supplies for our meals on wheels program. The following supplies can be dropped off at the center Monday-Through Thursday, 8am-4pm @ 1021 W. Butterfield Rd in Chino Valley. The Women's Ministry is hosting a Premier Designs jewelry fundraiser on Saturday, March 3rd at 1pm in the Fellowship Hall. 25% of all sales directly benefit the Women's Ministry. Help support our Women's Ministry and take home a gift for yourself at the same time. Pre-ordering is available if you cannot make it. Women's Bible Study has begun in Ephesians on why we should "Simply Trust." We will meet in the Fellowship Hall every other Thursday, with two classes at 9am and 7pm for your convenience. Dates are as follows: February 16th, March 1st, 15th, and 29th, and April 5th. Please contact Julie Cicolello or the church office for more information.
2nd Annual Women's Retreat: We are looking forward to sitting before the Lord at Prescott Pines from Friday, March 23rd to Sunday, March 25th and hearing what he has for us on the subject of "Simply Trust." This will be a blessing for all to fellowship and get away from our busy lives! The cost is $110 with a $25 deposit due by February 26th. Please make checks payable to Calvary Chapel Women's Group and see the back table for more information.
Women's weekly prayer meeting is Monday morning @ 10:00am in the Fellowship Hall.
We are starting a clothing exchange. Bring in your kids' outgrown clothes to the multipurpose room and exchange them for the right size! Scour the blue and pink bins for what you need. Contact Lynda Morrow or the church office for more information.
Childcare is available with age appropriate lessons & crafts. All our classes are designed to introduce our children to the Word of God, and help them to develop a loving relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ.
Our children are a blessing and we want to thank all those who donate their time to helping them grow in our Lord, but we also appreciate those who donate the resources that allow us to continue in this ministry. We welcome volunteers to help out during our Sunday and Wednesday services and donations made toward the children’s ministry.
